Sticky Honey Ribs
- Pork Ribs (skin off) in small racks of 5
- 3 heaped tablespoons of runny honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 3 heaped tablespoons soft brown sugar
Place your ribs in a steamer and steam over a low to medium heat for 40-50 minutes. Mix the honey, soy sauce, ketchup and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth and runny.
Leave the ribs until they are cool to touch. Now brush each rack thoroughly with the marinade. These can be left covered until ready to barbeque. Continue to baste with the leftover marinade as they cook on the barbeque for lovely sticky crispy ribs, which you can either serve in racks or cut into single ribs.
